The Stoker Retail Operations system provides the following capabilities in a tightly integrated database system with an intuitive, easily understood user interface. Click on the links to the left for more information.

The system provides comprehensive reporting and provides interfaces to allow exchange (both import and export) of data with other systems such as Quickbooks.

bulletSource code is available to clients who have purchased the system and who have signed a non-disclosure and restricted use agreement. Installation requires a password which is provided after the signed agreement is received by The Stoker Group. Download Source code

Options

bulletClient Database - provides a client database including the sales history and class attendance for each client. Easy output for marketing activity (i.e., monthly newsletter). Easily used but highly sophisticated selection mechanisn (i.e., all customers who have purchased a machine within the last 2 years but who have not purchased any fabric within the last 2 months...)
bulletService Database - provides a service database of all machine service activity. Provides reminder/tickler mechanism to easily identify client/machines that are overdue for service or are coming due within a given time interval. (Requires Client Database also).
bulletVendor Database - provides a vendor order entry system, driven by items easily selected from vendor catalogs. When orders are received, provides an easy mechanism to bring the items into inventory.
bulletClass Database - provides for class scheduling and class roster management (roster management only available if Client Database is also available). Provides for lists of prerequisites and supplies for each class. Allows complete flexibility in scheduling classes and instructors.
bulletEmployee Database - provides for employee scheduling and time accounting, including export of actual hours worked for import into Quickbooks or other accounting software for payroll generation.
bulletBarcode Printing - provides for printing of barcodes, both on individual tags and as reports that can be used to scan items being sold.
