OVERVIEW

Stoker Consignment Resale Software was built specifically for consignment stores, by an experienced computer programming company.  Our product is the result of feedback and requests that we receive from our customers.    Built using the latest technology, it is a true Windows product and  is very easy to learn and use.

The application will handle all your day to day tasks, saving you both time and money.   Its many features will help you manage your store and serve your customers with ease. To read about some of the features, just click on Features.

Below is a bullet list of some of the key features for those people in a hurry.  If you compare several products side by side, you'll find that most of the packages have the same basic features.  It isn't until you use the application for a little while that you start to notice all of the unique features that really make a product useable.  Our product has many such unique features designed to make the product more friendly and functional.

KEY FEATURES

Easy to Learn and Use

  • Includes a Training Module with a completely separate data base which can be used to learn the software and train new employees.
  • Each field has descriptive call-out boxes.
  • Written to run with Microsoft Window's, uses standard Window's format and keys.
  • Uses many standard features across all forms.

Multi-Task Capability

  • Move between screens in seconds without ever having to close the current one.

For example, you are entering a consignment and a customer walks up to purchase an item. You can leave the consignment screen where it is, click over to the POS screen and make the sale.  Then click back to the consignment entry screen and pick up from where you left off. This adds up to time saved for both you and the customer.

Point of Sale Form

  • Bar-coding or manual entry option.
  • Quick Consign allows you to enter and sell an item at the same time if necessary (this makes the transition from a manual system or another system much, much easier).
  • Automatic or manual mark downs.
  • Use your standard printer or the Star 200 series printers to print customer receipts.
  • Print notes on your sales receipt telling of up coming events or thanking your customers.
  • Allows payment with store credit.
  • Allows for multiple tax rates to be charged.

Inventory Control

  • Bar-code scanning capability.
  • Tracks and tallies inventory.
  • Allows for consignment and store owned inventory.
  • Consignments are easy to enter using default settings.
  • Labels are automatically generated, use standard preset labels or customize your labels for size and content.
  • Tags Research Form allows you to easily track down information on an item that has been separated from its tag.
  • Expired consignments are easily removed from inventory in the Pick Up Form.

Check Printing

  • Format the layout and content of the check to match the check you want to use.

PRICING & ORDERING INFORMATION

The complete cost of the package is $699.00.  There are no additional add-ons, so there are no hidden costs.  If you are running a network, then each additional license is just $50.00.  We do sell other hardware, such as Scanners (Wylch Allyn wedge), Receipt Printers (STAR 212), Cash Drawers and Thermal Tag Printers (Eltron LP2742) for your convenience.  You do not need to buy the hardware through us, but for many stores it is convenient to have a single place to call for support issues.

You can place an order over the phone or via Email; either way, if you'll leave your name and address we can usually get the package in the mail that same day.  When you place an order, you will receive an information package regarding additional hardware that we sell, some general information about our package and a CD with all of the production software on it.  You can install the software application on any machine and it will run for 30 days and then expire.  If you decide to buy the package, then we will give you a key over the phone which will unlock the software and it will not expire.
